Who Is Coaching For?

• It’s not me telling you what to do. You hold the pen. I just help you write the next chapter.
• It’s not spiritual bypassing. We’ll honor both your faith and your feelings.
• It’s not another performance. You don’t have to prove anything here. You get to be.

Now—my coaching isn’t like those life coaches you scroll past on Instagram, tossing out bite-sized inspiration and calling it transformation. We live in a culture obsessed with information, but insight alone doesn’t change lives—behavior does.

This isn’t about temporary hype. It’s about actual change. We’ll turn “what could be” into “what will be”—with accountability, clarity, and a plan.

I’m Heather Lea Campbell—Youth Pastor, spiritual coach, and certified baddie for your breakthrough.

I blend deep spiritual insight, real-world experience, and fierce compassion. I’ve led ministries, coached leaders, and walked people through some of their biggest transitions—with humor, honesty, and a whole lot of heart.

And—I’ve lived this work myself. I haven’t been afraid to shift my own career, reimagine my relationships, and make bold decisions to step into the future God was calling me toward.

How It Works

All sessions are virtual, so you can show up comfy and still get results. Each session is grounded in your goals—and guided by grace.

I offer three types of coaching — One-Time Goal Setting, Life Coaching, and Ministry Coaching. Often times, Life & Ministry Coaching blend in together – and that’s totally okay! But these distinctions help you set your sights on picking a goal that makes sense for you.
